### Purpose/Objective

Given that members of the Frequency community have been contributing infrastructure resources to run collators at no cost to the network, and that Frequency does not currently have any rewards program in place for collators, a one time grant is proposed to this community member for their contributions to Frequency.

### Program

To support the decentralization of the network infrastructure of Frequency, this one-time grant is proposed to reward third-party service providers that have offered their services without receiving block rewards from Frequency or other grant programs from the Frequency Network Foundation.



The Frequency Technical Committee members have coordinated third-party offers of services and are coordinating the creation of these treasury proposals.

#### Requirements & Details

* The infrastructure providers must have been providing infrastructure for at least 6 months.
* All infrastructure providers must not have received funds from the Frequency Network Foundation for operating their services.
* Contact information has been shared with the Frequency Technical Committee.
* Each treasury proposal will deliver the funds directly to the service provider.
* Program Deadline: This is a one-time grant. This grant will not continue past this set of proposals.



The total infrastructure grant for all infrastructure providers in Mar 2026 will be 160,000 tokens across four infrastructure providers, assuming each proposal passes.
